The villa’s beauty lies in its broad, sunny terraces overlooking the sea, the “Li Galli” islets, and the green countryside. Villa La Cercola is exceptionally well-located: although set in quiet surroundings, it is only 800 meters from the centre of Villa Sant’Agata and the bus stop.

It is the starting point for many unforgettable walks: destinations include Punta della Campanella, Ieranto cove, Recommone cove, the Crapolla fjord, and Mount San Costanzo. The Sentiero degli Dei (“Path of the Gods”) hiking trail starts in nearby Agerola. The enchanting beauties of the land of the Sirens, including Sorrento, Massalubrense, Nerano, Positano, and Praiano, are a few minutes’ drive away. The archaeological sites of Pompei, Ercolano, and Oplonti, the Amalfi coast with Ravello, Amalfi, and Agerola, and the cities of Naples and Salerno are an hour’s drive away, while Paestum and its famous temples can be reached in two hours.The islands of Ischia and Capri can be reached from Sorrento by ferry or hydrofoil.
